What’s new in OKO.

Small changes that help at busy moments: clearer tickets, easier bookings and less retyping for your team. Everything we have shipped since summer 2026, newest first.

Online bookings follow your party-size rules.

  • Party sizes per service

Each service opens online only to the party sizes you set. If dinner starts at two guests, a solo guest sees the lunch times that day, with the reason shown. Bookings you enter yourself are never limited.

    More on Reservations ›
  • Special opening days

Days with exceptional opening hours now appear in the booking calendar, with their time slots.

OKO Manager 1.13: steadier lists during service.

  • Bookings stay where they are

The list for a day loads in full, so bookings no longer disappear after switching dates or pages, and guest counts stay right. A cancelled booking does not come back.

    More on Reservations ›
  • Tables and orders in step across devices

An open table refreshes when another device adds dishes or cancels an order, and a newer state is never overwritten by older data.

    More on Dine-in ordering ›
  • Kitchen tickets that did not print

After a partial failure, only the missing tickets are reprinted, with their original numbers, and a banner lists what is still pending. On devices without a built-in printer, dishes with no prep station print on the receipt printer.

  • Guest details in your history

Delivery and takeaway history shows the guest’s name and phone number, also on small screens and with large text.

  • Large menus, complete

Menus with many categories sync in full, in your menu’s order.

Delivery zones by city. Rewards that follow table orders.

  • Find a city for your delivery zones

Search a city by name, with a country list covering 13 countries, when you set up where you deliver.

    More on Online ordering ›
  • Table orders count towards rewards

A member who orders at the table with a QR code earns their stamps once the bill is paid.

    More on Loyalty ›
  • Wallet cards show the next reward

The card in Google Wallet refreshes its progress towards the next reward.

    More on Loyalty ›
  • No duplicate orders

An order from your website paid at the restaurant is recorded once, even if the guest reloads the page.

Notes at the table. Figures you can trust.

  • A note on each dish, at the table too

Guests ordering with a QR code can add a note to a dish, as takeaway and delivery guests can since September. The note prints right under the dish.

  • Today’s orders and revenue

The dashboard’s figures for today leave out cancelled, declined and expired orders.

    More on Online ordering ›
  • Party sizes up to your maximum

The online booking form offers party sizes up to the maximum you set, not a fixed 20.

OKO Manager 1.12: kitchen tickets in your menu’s order.

  • Sort kitchen tickets by menu order

A new switch, off by default: dishes print in the order of your menu’s categories, whatever order they were tapped in. Broths first, then starters, vegetables, meats. Guest receipts do not change.

    More on Dine-in ordering ›
  • Lighter on the network, steadier after a drop

Fewer background requests during service, orders caught up automatically after a connection drop, and local data kept when the app restarts. A printer that changed address is used from the next order.

    More on Dine-in ordering ›
  • Guests confirm an updated cart

If a price changes or a dish sells out while a guest is ordering, they review the cart at the current prices before paying. Nobody pays the old price.

Earlier updates (18)

Clearer tickets. Menus guests can find their way around.

  • Choose the language of your tickets

Guest receipts and kitchen tickets print in French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese or Korean, or automatically in the language of your restaurant’s country.

    More on Dine-in ordering ›
  • Menus that are easier to browse

On the ordering pages and the QR code menus, guests jump between categories and search the menu by dish, description or category, in any language.

  • A print link for your spin-to-win posters

Each wheel has its own short link for posters, table stands and stickers. The QR codes keep working: to change the game, edit the wheel and your printed posters stay valid.

Keep phone bookings and online bookings together.

  • Add a booking from the OKO Manager app

Add phone and in-person bookings in OKO Manager, so the whole team sees them alongside online reservations. You can choose to send the guest a confirmation email.

    More on Reservations ›
  • The time slots your guests see

New bookings in the dashboard pick from the slots open that day. Full slots stay available for when you know there is room.

Turn Google bookings on or off from the Integrations page of your dashboard.

  • Every automatic reply checked first

Replies to your Google reviews only contain the links, email and phone number you set, in your restaurant’s language. A reply that fails the check is not sent, and you can still answer by hand.

Keep the next table moving.

  • Turn tables without closing them

Table 12 still open when the next party arrives? Type 12 and the app offers 12A beside it, then 12B.

    More on Dine-in ordering ›
  • Seat a booking in one tap

The table picker opens on the table you assigned. Restaurants that do not assign tables can simply mark guests as arrived.

    More on Reservations ›
  • Close or discard a table with no orders

Straight from the app: discard a table opened by mistake, or close one where guests ordered from the paper menu.

    More on Dine-in ordering ›
  • Kitchen tickets that are easier to read

Every dish prints in the same large size, and the options under it print twice as tall.

    More on Online ordering ›
  • A note on each dish

On the takeaway and delivery pages, guests can add special instructions to a dish. The note prints right under it, on every ticket.
